Luton Easy Meet and Greet Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any complaints, questions or enquiry regarding terms and conditions please contact us should be submitted as detailed in these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

(i) The Company shall mean Luton Easy Meet and Greet Ltd.

(ii) `Vehicle` shall mean the Vehicle which is booked by online received by Luton Easy Meet and Greet Ltd and its other partner.

(iii) The Luton Easy Meet and Greet Ltd driver are employed to meet Customers and take their cars to and from the airport and Car Park.

(iii) Luton Easy Meet and Greet Limited, is acting as an agent for the individual local airport car parking supplier.

2. The Company`s Liability

Luton Easy Meet and Greet is an agent for the car parking supplier. Customer’s car parking contact is made with car parking supplier concerned, on its terms and conditions. Each car parking supplier will maintain insurance policy and accept responsibility for its own negligence. It will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and neither will it accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each car parking supplier’s terms and conditions are displayed at each car park or can be obtained on request.

Car Parking suppliers will disclaim any liability, if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle before you leave the car park.

Car parking supplier will not accept the following liability:

The Customer must ensure before releasing the Vehicle that anything of value must be removed, all windows are closed and, so far as contents are concerned. Accordingly, it is a condition of acceptance that the Customer removes all valuable and loose items. Car parking suppliers accept the vehicle no responsibility for any other keys handed.

The car parking suppliers do not accept liability for damage to Vehicle or other property arising from acts of nature at the Car Park open air surface operation. As well do not accept the responsibility for damaged windscreens or other glass.

The car parking does not accept responsibility for electrical or mechanical failure to Vehicles whilst in its supervision. Also do not accept any responsibility for punctured or damaged tyres, only where the same is proved to be caused by negligence.

The Customer accepts that Vehicles are left with the Company entirely at the owner’s own risk whilst stored and parked in the secure parking facility.

Car parking suppliers do not accept any hire charges or hotel charges, however so incurred.

Some car-parking suppliers extend their own insurance, on payment of an additional premium, to include cover for some matters for which they would not normally accept liability. Luton Easy meet and greet encourage you to obtain this extra insurance, details of which may be available at the car park reception.

Car parking suppliers may require you to use alternative car parks to the ones indicated, particularly at peak periods.

It is important that you keep your car parking receipt safe whilst on holiday. Local car parking suppliers have a lien for all charges due and will only release your car on production of this receipt or payment of the appropriate amount.

Booking

Customers book online at http://www.lutoneasymeetandgreet.com/ or on Tel.00000000000000. Customers must inform Luton Easy Meet and Greet of any change in flight details or holiday once booking have made.

Once the Company has accepted the booking request an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer`s responsibility to ensure the correct E-mail address has been given. It is the Customer`s responsibility to ensure this email is received. Should you fail to receive the said E-Mail you must contact the Company within 24 hours. Credit/debit card transactions will only be processed once the email confirmation has been sent.

Car Parking Tickets

All customers will be issued with a car parking ticket from Luton Easy Meet and Greet, before departure from UK. This ticket is a pre paid ticket must be presented to the car parking supplier, at the time of delivery of vehicle, unless otherwise instructed.

Big Vehicles

Any vehicle bigger than a regular car parking space, i.e. Caravans, Trucks, and Trailers etc may not be accepted at certain car parks, or an additional charge may apply. Please contact Luton Easy Meet and Greet before booking if your vehicle is not a Car and/or is bigger than a normal car parking space. Car Parks reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not follow this procedure.

Payment

Luton Easy Meet and Greet accept all major Debit and Credit card e.g Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro etc.

Amendments and Cancellations Charges
 

Cancellation will be not accepted verbally. All cancellations must be made in writing and will take affect from the date received by Luton Easy Meet and Greet.

All booking are subject to cancellation charges per vehicle as follows:

 

a)            Outside of 48 hours of first parking date £10 administration charge and any additional cost of parking.

b)            100% charge if within in 48 hours of first parking date.

A booking may be cancelled at any time by the customer after confirmation and prior to the date for which the service has been reserved, subject to a sliding scale of cancellation charges that will be applied. The charges are as follows; 4 weeks or more prior to departure 25% of the value of booking, between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to departure 50% of the value of the booking. Between 1 week and 48 hours 75% of the value of the booking. 24 hours or less no refunds will be due. If the booking fee was paid by credit card / debit card, the booking fee of £2.00 will not be refunded.

All of the above charges relating to refunds are irrelevant of when the booking was made, i.e if a booking was made 6 days prior to departure and then cancelled 5 days prior to departure a charge of 75% of the value of the booking will be lost and retained by the Company.

 

All booking are subject to amendments charges per vehicle as follows:

i)              Outside of 48 hours of first parking date any additional cost of parking.

ii)             £7.50 or 50% of cost of parking (whichever is the lesser) charge if within in 48 hours of first parking date.

iii)            All refunds and additional charges are subject to an administration fee of £10.00

Privacy

Luton Easy Meet and Greet believe that the privacy is very essential, therefore it is company policy to take information that is relevant to the only travel documents. We do not distribute or sell customer data to anyone other than car park suppliers. We may use customer’s email address if entered on the booking form, to inform customers any of special travel information or product about the car parking at UK Airports. If the customers do not want to receive such information you can option out by checking the appropriate box on the form.

Complaints

Luton Easy Meet and Greet Ltd are willing to consider complaints on customer’s behalf, complaints must be made in writing and all relevant documents and receipts must be forwarded with your complaint.

Variations of the Terms and Conditions

The Company reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
