Instructions and procedure for drop off and return.
On drop off day please call us on 07815 180099 when you are 15 minutes away from Luton airport to inform us of your impending arrival.
*IMPORTANT* - Although we will endeavour to accommodate early or late arrivals this is not always possible therefore, if, on the day, you know you are going to arrive over 20 minutes earlier or later than indicated on your booking we may ask you to wait in the MID TERM Car Park, (30 minutes free drop off area.) We will then call you when the driver is ready to meet you and ask you to go to the designated Meet and Greet Area near the paystation in the short term car park.
All of our drivers carry personal identification and will have a copy of your booking details. Our driver will offer to unload your car, check for any damage and verify your return flight details with you. The driver will ask you to sign the paperwork and give you a copy. Please hand over your car keys only, (Express Meet and Greet Luton will not be responsible for any other keys.) As we may need to contact you please ensure that the correct mobile number has been provided on the booking details.
Strict airport regulations mean that our drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the meet & greet area.
RETURN INFORMATION
When you land you will receive a 'Welcome Home' text message from us as soon as you turn your phone on. We will have tracked your return flight and your driver will be waiting nearby with your car. Once you have your luggage and are ready to walk into the designated Meet and Greet area, please call us on 078151 80099 or the number from which you received the text message to let us know that you are ready to take your car, and our driver will come and meet you.
Again please be aware that there is a strict 10 minute waiting time in the designated Meet and Greet area therefore it is essential that you do not call your driver until you are ready to come out.
Your driver will check over your car with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. He may ask to see some ID to make sure that we are returning the right car to the right person.
